Terms & Conditions - Pentel Art Studio Events
Tickets purchased are valid only for the selected workshop date and time slot stated in your booking confirmation.
This event is recommended for participants aged 12 years and above. Certain workshop activities involve the use of sharp tools, including scissors and craft knives. Participants are expected to exercise due care and use all tools responsibly at all times.
By participating in the event, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with arts and craft activities. Pentel (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., PLUS Corporation, participating artists, event organisers and venue partners shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss or damage arising from participation in the event.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the event venue. Parking is not provided or guaranteed by the organisers.
If you are unable to attend your booked session, requests to change to another available time slot must be submitted via email to marketing@pentel.com.sg at least 3 working days before your scheduled time slot. Requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Requests received less than 3 calendar days before the scheduled workshop may be declined. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows.
Participants must present their order confirmation email (digital or printed copy) at the registration counter for admission.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Sessions will begin promptly at the allocated start time, and late arrivals may miss portions of the session. Workshop durations will not be extended for late arrivals.
Workshop registrations are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the organisers.
Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for documentation and promotional purposes. By attending the event, you consent to the use of your image in Pentel's and PLUS's marketing and communication materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our event staff upon arrival.
Pentel (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the programme, substitute instructors, or make changes to workshop schedules where necessary. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the organisers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel the event. Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as reasonably practicable.
Pentel (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse admission or request any participant to leave the event if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or poses a risk to others.
