Where do you ship to?
We only ship to locations within Singapore!
How are the delivery charges like?
Our delivery charges are as follows:
|For orders $5 - $24.99
|Delivery fee: $2.99
|For orders $25 and above
There is a minimum purchase of $5 in order for you to cart out your order. Your delivery charges will automatically compute during checkout and free shipping is available for orders above $25!
What is the delivery lead time?
All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days and will be passed on to the courier logistics company to be delivered within 3-5 working days.
Please note that delivery schedules might be affected by peak periods, we seek your kind understanding on this!
Where can I track my package?
An email or SMS confirmation with the tracking number of your order will be sent to you after payment is made.
Kindly use the tracking number provided to track your orders.
Pentel Singapore Pte Ltd will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
The courier logistics company will notify you of the failed attempt of delivery via a note or an SMS. Please contact the courier company for a re-delivery. Additional redelivery charges might apply.
What is your return and refunds policy?
Please contact us here for any return or refund requests. All return and refund requests must be sent to us within 7 days of the date of receipt of your order, and they will be reviewed in case by case basis.
Return/Refund due to defects or wrong item issued:
Conditions for refund:
- Item is returned within 30 days of refund request.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
- The returned item is unused with original packaging.
All refunds will be processed after returned items are received and checked by us, if applicable.
Return/Refund due to change of mind:
Return and refund requests pertaining to wrong orders by customers will be rejected, please check your order carefully before checking out.
Order cancellations will strictly not be accepted.
