This series is made up of six designs that are inspired by Japanese iconic characters, as well as heart-warming, nostalgic views of Japan. Soft, pastel colours are also chosen for the designs this time round to fit the Kawaii theme.

The ultimate symbol of Japan - Fujisan. We definitely needed to include this as one of our designs. The challenge was making a tall and graceful mountain into something cute, and this was achieved by using soft, pastel colours. |
| This commonly seen Japanese figure - Maneki Neko, is a symbol of luck, wealth and happiness. We hope it conveys the same wishes when you gift this pen to a loved one. |  |

Kokeshi are traditional wooden Japanese dolls that are popular toys for children in the Edo period. To emphasize the Kawaii aspect, we created different outfits for the Kokeshi dolls with cute patterns and sweet colours. |
| For this design, we coupled Japan's beloved native dog breed, the Shiba Inu, with Japanese commemorative postage stamps. Here's one for the dog lovers! |

With the use of pixels, we've created the bright city lights and beautiful skyscrapers of Tokyo's landscape against the pastel sky. This takes us right back to Japan. |
| This design is centered around a Japanese bear - Kuma, and his ramen shop dream! Instead of a pattern design, we decided to show a view of Kuma in a ramen shop to bring life to its character. |
